So, today I am going to talk about how teachers can use augmented reality during their classes.Compared to the virtual reality, augmented reality is more rare and hard to find but I am sure that after 20-30 years it is not going to be like that.,    As this is hard to do now I am not going to talk about details but firstly you shoul have an augmented reality glasses and a smartphone or a tablet.          Welcome to my blog! In this post I will talk about how teachers can use VR technology during class. As we all know, as the technology evolves teaching methods has evolved,too. 50 years ago our fathers, mothers, aunts or uncles learned everything from their books but today our generation and the generation who follows us can not learn things in this way.      Our generation used smartboards, tablets, smartphones in order to find the things they want to learn and learned these things with different images, sounds, activities and applications. As we use all of these, we are not able to learn just by black and white books because it is not going to satisfy us and we will be bored. In our generation, situation is like that but what about next generation? They will be needing more.      As we are the teacher candidates of the next generation we should think that 'How can we teach them things effectively?'.    In this post, I will talk about Pinterest. Pinterest is a website which you can find and share all kinds of photograph. You can follow the users which you find interesting and the other users of course can follow you. Even though I do not use it actively, I will share my profile below.   MY PROFILE

 Let's keep going with the apps which we can use for preparing quizzes and activities. This time I will talk about Hot Potatoes, I am not going to lie, I did not liked it because it was hard to download and use, it was not colorful and funny website. But if there is someone who would like to use it I will share a example quiz for you :)

    I will give an another important website to all the teachers and teacher candidates who are following me:) If you saw my last post Socrative, you may think that this post is same with that but no. Kahoot! is a website which students and teachers can easily use during the class or afer the class. There is quizzes and activities just like any other learning management system. Even though the basics are same with the others Kahoot! is my favourite because is it more colorful than the others. In this post I will talk about Blackboard app. I have read an article about it and I will talk about what have left in my mind but if you want to read it you can read it from here . So, Blackboard has 2 apps which gives interactive learning and teaching. These apps are separated for teachers and students. You can download both of them from Appstore or Playstore. With Blackboard Instructor App, you can preview course items, assignments, send announcements, participate in discussions.

Let's talk about another learning management system named 'Moodle'. I will talk about Moodle in order to article that I have read about it.You can find the article from here . So, Moodle is a system designed to make creating long-distance education and other online learning programs easier to setup and use.In this software you can either create crowded groups or gruops which includes few people. It comes with different features such as; calendar, dashboard, activities. These are very useful features because for example students can see test and quiz dates, chat times, etc. If you want to use Moodle, first you have to be sure that if your web host is supporting this. After that you can download the Moodle.

As you see from the topic, we will talk about Edmodo in this post. Edmodo is a social network which all students-teachers-parents can easily use. It can be used through web site or an app. Teachers use this website in order to create quizzes, documents and share with their students. They can arrange different activities for their students. It is not just for teachers, of course. With Edmodo, users can send and receive from different users, parents can see what their children are doing. Let's talk about using it. First, users have to choose what they are, there is a section which asks you if you are a teacher, a studend or a parent. A fter you choose it, you have to sing up and then you will be able to use edmodo freely.
